EZ Control Affiliate Table v2

Heh, I also call this the EZ Insane Affiliate Table, but it's sort of a v2 to the EZ Control one. I basically made a hide/show feature to insert your own code for affiliating. EZ-access affiliating for members/guests ^^ Feel free to ask me if any problems occur, or if you would like to change something
